Wellness Services Industry Profile
Businesses seeking to grow in the wellness industry can be confident they are among the best in the country, according to a new report by the National Association of Professional Facilitators.
The association released its findings Wednesday on the role of the profession in the nation’s economic health and competitiveness, as well as its opportunities and challenges in the evolving health care landscape.
It also highlighted the importance of employers who want to attract and retain workers with the skills and knowledge to help them move beyond the traditional workforce.
“The industry is at an all-time high,” said Matt Breslow, vice president for research and education at the National Alliance for Professional Facilitation.
“The key to growth and success is getting workers to the job and retaining them.
Businesses need to be prepared for the future and be able to provide the right workforce to meet the needs of the changing needs of our economy.”
